Lilian Rayner

BACP Accredited Counsellor

  

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy, and work to their Code and Ethics.

I deal with a wide variety of issues, including relationship or family issues, divorce, low self esteem, lack of confidence, work issues, confusion about sexuality, redundancy, loneliness, bereavement, stress. For ages 18-80 from all walks of life.

I have worked as a counsellor for 11 years both in private practice and for Buckinghamshire MIND (a registered charity that is involved in the promotion of good mental health).

Before I became involved in counselling I trained and worked in the caring profession and also raised a family.
